AR2 A 264 Spiderillo results

Well, they're nearly a whole day early but I think everyone was done. Not to mention the winning entry is almost certainly 100% optimal.
5th - decsystem10 with 1496
3rd equal - bythelee & rob with 1914
2nd ioncorpse with 1928
1st - Votart Silak with an amazing 1940

I'd hate to think how much tweaking the winning entry required!
Anyway, I'm horrible with the dark side and didn't even think about that method to solve it. I threw my POC together in a very short time, it shows -- and that's why I made rockets cheaper too.
My personal favourite would definitely be decsystem10's, the only person who solved it using light methods.
He also sent in a demonstration of some weird cloth physics ...

Congrats Votart, I'm looking forward to the next level!

I'm sorry, but why my solution didn't work?? 1928 works fine (wait few minutes), 1940 I didn't managed, as I already said before.

Hi I can confirm the solution labelled almost dose work, but I can see how it could be overlooked as a failed attempt being called almost and the time it takes to complete .
Well done everyone nice levels .

Agreed. (It works) I find it all the more amazing because of how long it takes to get the dillo into the centre of the web.
Almost as amazing as Dec10's Explorer rocket. How on earth did he ever think that one was going to complete successfully......

And a 1940 effort presumably loses the cloth at the centre, but needs tuning to get the plates to stack correctly for the dillo to portal away.

Congratulations Votart, for finding a robust, fast, clean version of the multi-use web breakers.

Sorry, the name "almost" gave me the wrong idea and I stopped watching after it appeared nothing happened. I just checked it now and it does indeed work... so a belated 2nd place for you ioncorpse.
My apologies!
I've edited the scores and placements.
