Safe to say there won't be two identical entries with this huge level.

Slow and methodical, rather than a quick lucky strike, to succeed here.
I'm about 25% done so far.........

It's just difficult, to the point of impossible, to know what "optimum" is going to be.
And, that makes a nice change.......

Well amazingly I just did it two completely different ways and ended up only 40 apart

3rd way was another unfortunate failure. Still hope to get it working, though.

The third way remains a fail, but the fourth way was surprisingly good.

PS I had actually meant that thinking twice was because "I can't go 1666, because I don't have that. Oh, yes I can, because we have an extra thousand this time" Sorry for the confusion.
