think you are right. The price changes do suggest certain ideas should be favoured.
However, it proved extremely difficult to tune well for low cost. And, the sheer size of the level may be putting people off. It proved much harder to build something all the way to the finish, than to cover the first 1/3 or 1/2.
But I suspect there would not be as much variation if the level was smaller. Double edged sword.
It was nice to have something different.
So, with a day and a half to go, I'll throw in the "think again think again" bid:

I can see potential to save $20, maybe $50, but chances are high I will fail to make any improvement.
I can also see a concept improvement that could save $100 or more, but again it's unlikely to succeed.
