Oh dear, judging by the response, we went for how good the level looked, and not how much fun it was to solve it.
Only 1 person has submitted a solution as yet. Anyone else out there? Shall I submit a different level?

It's not so hard to solve.
Maybe other players are on vacation now.

My brain has certainly gone on vacation........ I can barely think straight enough right now to see any solution at all.

There's no denying the artistic beauty of this challenge. It is such a recognisable beetle that it perhaps overshadows the challenge itself.

Quite a shock after the austere "functional" challenges I'm used to. The hours spent building it now put your previous comments in context. And I'm sorry that your efforts have received such poor response.

My first impression was that the abundance of anchor points and generous portal made it a trivial challenge. But that's deceptive..... only later did I realise that the abundance of bars makes it tricky getting anything to move. Add the different sized dillos, the plates lining the portal area which limit access to the top edge, and I confess my brain just isn't up to seeing a clever solution this week.

OK, I could solve it, but only by stupid brute force. Nothing I'm proud of......
I'll submit the solutions for everyone's amusement. Please try to not laugh too hard - I'm really not well this week.

Oh, and 1222+
