Oops, the batteries in my crystal ball ran out.
Actually, I was anticipating the opportunity to use

Mainly because, the leap ahead of the surprise 1718 bid shows no sign of the increases slowing down.
That doesn't leave my mediocre solution with much chance of surviving another two days of bidding.......
