Time for results !

Congratulations to the winner Votart with 1890

Sorry, I know it's a bit late to add to this.
And in no way am I trying to distract you from the present challenge!
But, it bothered me that I had considered Votart's winning concept, yet for some reason didn't even try to build it.

I have to admit that I couldn't get the torque-only device to work like he did. Best I got was three dillos remaining as the wheel just fell back out of the portal. And tiny changes could result in the wheel failing to clear the gap.

However, it seemed to me that an important key was sliding the wheel over a bit to the right at the start, so that it "landed" better on the far side of the gap, and not slip back a half-segment that guaranteed failing to get all dillos home.
So, sticking with my launching ramp, and a lighter torque arm, I immediately had a solution that equalled the winning 1890, and even over-rotated beyond the portal (but safely after the dillos had gone). And sooo much quicker and easier to get working, than the solution I submitted. Doh!

Then, it still worked with one less counterweight for 1900..... not as secure, in fact barely staying in the portal long enough for the last dillo to go. But it completes.

And the ship has long since left the harbour. With Votart on board, of course!
