Welcome to the 102nd AR2 A contest: HH Up or Down

Attached are two different levels. You only have to solve one of the levels (you can do both if you want). The medal goes to the best score regardless wich level it is. Honorary mention goes to the best solution for the other level.

AR2 Version 2.1.3 Beta is used, make sure you use the correct version.

I have trouble getting an initial solution on levels like this. I see exactly what I want, and try to make the cheapest version first. The tweaking is too much! Better to start with something sloppy and fix it later.
