Sad to see the numbers dropping again . My first quick go at this was 1803 with room for tweaking

I can' sit back and watch this league die. I've done a quick level to keep things going, looks like I could have won this if I had submitted my solution.

For the record I did have a solution; I just didn't know that I was supposed to PM it. I attached it to this post. Unfortunately, it was no where near the winning amount, but I did use a very different approach.
