Nice on votart.
Don't want to be negative about the level but levels where a pulley is the only viable option usually don't attract too many people let alone a level where you need two pulleys... I actually spent a lot of time on this level to find a solution without pulleys and timers but I failed miserably
Only savegame I have is my crappy first try using rubber

I had a guess that an awesome solution here would be using a rocket, where the dillo would touch all of the flags during the flight.. though that would require a lot of tiresome tweaking, so I didn't really go for it.
