Welcome to the 73th AR2 A contest: Fulcrum

I'm still waiting to find enough time to have a proper go at this one. I played around with it for about 30 mins last night. Hopefully tonight I can find an hour and put something together.

The different solutions I was experimenting with were all 1000+.
