Nice simple level. Should be fairly quick to reach maximum scores but hopefully just enough complexity to avoid a tie. Let's find out.

So have I misunderstood something since I have 946 and still think it might be inefficient?

I'm not sure why you ask that. What is it you think you have misunderstood?

That's quite a raise too.

We try to keep the bidding quite low for the first 24 hours to allow the newer players to feel competitive. Second 24 hours we usually take it up a bit, and then free reign in the last 24 hours.

However, how high you bet can depend on the level. On some levels it is obvious that all scores are going to be within $100 of each other so I feel starting the bidding $500 below what you really have is a little pointless in those situations.

I suspect there will be quite a spread on this one though. There are so many totally different ways to solve it.

Ahh, I see :) Well I will think about that later, thanks for your help :) I'm just not used to being a high bidder even this early of it :P

That's okay. The bids so far were low. I suspect everyone can solve this level reasonably easily with a 900+ score. I'm sure you could almost roll the dillo down a slope for a score like that.

I designed it that way. I wanted something easy to solve with a simple construction (so everyone enjoys it), but where clever thinking will make the difference.

I suspect all scores will end up within about $100 by the time it's all over.

Arunion, if you are concerned about your score you should send a PM to the host, this would be better than revealing your score on the first day of a contest :D .

I can raise but will waite a while for others to catch up :D

Newbie could only get 822 going down the 'shute route'
But that's Newbies for you

I was happy with my $912 solution until I saw that raise. :P Went back to work, and found something nicer. Thanks for the incentive to tweak.
