None of you got my point yet Well maybe Ioncorpse has but I have not seen his solution yet. Please do submit it even if you don't compete for the medal.

Not sure, I made simple rubber solution in 10 minutes. A lot of room to tweak, especially using other materials, but I need to do other things.
If I'll make something better - I'll send it.
