It's really not thát hard, I see at least 4 ways to get there.
-A heavy weight pushes the dillo trough the narrow holes.
-The wide way is not really high for a simple launcher but the anchors close to the dillo are not ideally placed so some constructionwork is required.
-A seesaw would do the trick just nicely.
-The old but trusty pulley would also get things going.
