1025+ :lms: That was harder than it looked but plenty to tweak.

Hey, guys!

My POC here is 1800 :lms: And it's not a joke "in style of ioncorpse" from contest "Purple" in League B :D

Good luck!

Weird. I just took a look at this competition for the first time.

1798 in literally 5 minutes. Totally untweaked. Surely you guys have a similar score. It's easy. I'm not even going to compete or send in my solution because I don't have time to host this week. I was just killing a few minutes at work before I go home.

1800  even if I had the mi2 launcher with Dark force I could only get to about 1770 :? This is going to take some working out.

I to am only at 1500+ :lms:

Boing, catch.

Really easy. It would only work in AR2, and we have done it many times in previous AR2 competitions but on a smaller scale.

It took me 5 minutes and most of that was tweaking the catcher.

:( Not as much as me, I only got 1590.

I understand what Vankwish is saying but having trouble getting a high enough bounce. Getting enough height with the initial launch is where I am stuck, but I will battle on :)

Maybe I got lucky doing it so quickly, because we all know what bouncing is like at the moment. I got it to bounce nearly out of the top of the level as it flew across.

It doesn't take a maths genius to work out I needed to use 6 metal plates. Knowing my score and building a basic catcher could tell you that much.

So with only one day left on this comp, maybe knowing 6 is enough will allow a couple of you to get it working and then have enough time to tweak it too. Maybe it's possible with 5 or even 4, and my catcher was just slapped together untweaked.

I'm not competing in this comp though. I simply don't have the time to design, test, and host a level this week, or next week.

Thank's Vankwish you just said enough for me to figure out how to do this :D

The highest declared score is from Jim at 1668 so I'll continue bids from there.

Yeah, thanks, Vank. That's one element of AR2 that I've overlooked.
