Not too difficult, but still a tricky challenge.
Prices are significantly altered from usual, especially rockets and timers and tension materials, to encourage the more unusual solutions.
I hope it's possible for a rocket to win this one, but it'll take some skill (and/or luck!) to do it.

I made solution in my head, then spend 10 minutes in AR. Nothing at all. Just a poc. No intention to tweak or think about this level. Good level, but I have some things to do first.
