I don't think this would have worked in AR1, interesting :)

Is anyone else having problems with a catcher that will never stop moving?

Vankwish, not in this solution but I have come across it. Examples have been sent to Peter, it is part of the bounce irregularity and will be fixed in the next Beta version.

Yeah, the perpetual catcher movement makes things harder here. Had seen it before, wasn't sure whether it was a bug though.

It's a pain, because it happens in the cheapest catcher I can currently think of. No matter what I do it wont sit still, but it would so obviously settle in the portal if it would just stop moving.

Edit: I see you Cresta! Don't you dare browse and not play.

Maybe I am missing something, but I can't see how this level would be an easy tie!

Agreed, it's definitely not going to be an easy tie.

I spent a good hour or more on the first part and I still have a hunch it can be done cheaper.

The same could be said for my catcher too, because nobody else is complaining about a catcher that won't stop moving. So that makes me believe there is a cheaper more obvious catcher. That happens to me alot. I lose on the catcher so often because I miss the obvious.

I don't think I will be winning this one.

It's interesting to me, tomorrow here there will be real results or also will be foggy.

I had problems with getting my catcher to stop, too. I just sucked it up and paid $2 more to make it work. :/

2650++ :lms: my catcher took a while to settle so I just put the simulation on high speed and the Dillo went eventually :) .

2700+

I set my best catcher on high speed simulation 2 minutes ago. It hasn't slowed down yet, I'm watching it while I type this. But I guess it's the same problem for everyone so it doesn't matter. I too managed to get it to work for $2 more. Weird bug.

Oh well, nevermind. I think I'm done with this comp anyway. I'm only doing the single level, so if it's a draw I lose.

I understand nothing, when you speak about problems with the catcher. What speed?
