I apologise, this seems to be a much simpler challenge I had intended it to be.
My devious plan of sabotaging your "usual tricks" failed to anticipate just how skillful you all are.
The second file, externalcombustion, is potentially a more difficult challenge, and gives you something else to toy with in the meantime. Same doubling rules apply.
But note that challenge results will still be based on internalcombustion only.
Otherwise, I propose ending this one a day early, on Fri 20th instead of Sat 21st, so you can move on to challenge 169. Unless there are any objections....
