I presume you mean 4.00pm GMT (ie 16h00....)
Or do you really, really mean 4.00am.....?

That's a great finish time for me, normally the contests finish in the early hours of the morning, my time.
4am is 5pm here. great! Still, no way we're going to win this one, our entry comes in at 1078.
