You start with $0, the game will display the amount of $ spent (with a - in front of it, ignore the over budget warning)
SCORE= $spent+Time
If the game displays $-222 and time 11.11S your SCORE is 222+111.1=333.1
So 1 second = $10
Obviously the LOWEST SCORE wins. Honorary mention for the fastest solution and for the cheapest solution.
