868 light and gets the dillo to the goal in about 4 or 5 seconds, takes a couple more seconds for the dillo to dissapear though.
I decided to bypass the rails and use a different system since I didn't know how to use the rails the way they were intended.
Not the cheapest for sure, but probably the fastest.

Sorry if the level is too easy, for some reason whenever I made a solution it kept slowing to a halt.
I can upload a larger version which I made for an A contest if I won. It has walls which aren't allowed to be touched as an extra rule to keep the context in place, but they could be removed if not allowed.
