Welcome to Italy, town of Pisa!
There is the famous Pisa Tower which became basis for this level.
So, new C contest # 17 - PisaTower!

Attention!!! In a letter write the complete file name, which is found in attach! (My postal server cuts the names attaches). Or archive a file with solutionl

Rules of level.

1. Armadillo must not go out from the tower.
2. Forbidden to add elements on the ground floor for blocking of action of timers.
3. Forbidden to destroy the element with timer above.
4. That will become a winner, who will have most value of fractional stakes of seconds (milliseconds) in case of stopping of level (maximum may be 99).
5. The second criterion for determination of winner is the budget.

2McGinge: Maximum, that you can get - 20.99s, it's better then 20.98, but 20.01s is better then 21.00s. ONLY milliseconds counts.

Hang on, so the idea is to keep the 'dillo in the level for the longest time... So what happens if it stays in forever??? :?

I understand that whoever gets the most miliseconds wins.

So, 20.99 owns 20.01.

If someone gets xx.99, he's already the winner.

I've made it to the top (Light). The problem is that when I get up, the time is 1.90s and I have to wait 14s to move further.
