I understand we need to connect the spoon to a cloth and then to a rocket that should slide on the top platform plus a small triangle that would help the armadillo onto the spoon. But doing that along leaves me with a little more than 100 dollars. How can I make a cheap bucket that will hold the armadillo in place at the goal without getting it destroyed by the rocket?

ok I did it, but didn't use a rocket. Instead I used weights to move the spoon. Got 102 dollars left. here's the image;
