How and what to post in this section

The first post should contain the name (and number) of the level in the title, and the budget and current leader in the body. If possible, a screenshot of the initial configuration would also be nice. For inspiration look at the level 1 thread.
Inside the thread, you may write whatever you like, though it would be a good idea to link to an actual .lvl file if you want to claim a record. A screenshot gives bonus points, but is not necessary.
