ive pretty much blown through most of the game so far but when i hit this level i drew a blank and any help would be really appreciated, thanks

Gravitational Potential Energy (GPE) is your friend here.

My first time through however, I used a "force padle" and this is the exact level that made me discover this bug in the game.
